Our security system stores passwords using one-way, secure encryption. This means that it is impossible for us (or anyone else) to find out your password, so if you lose it we cannot recover it for you.
Instead, if you have forgotten your password you can use this form to reset it to a new, random value. To do this, you need to tell us the email address which you have registered with us. We will then send a message to this address containing a special link which you must use to confirm your identity.
